Advising - what does it mean to us?

You may have wondered how to engage your employees and how to physically implement change – how to align everyone across your organisation – how to get everyone on the same page and all moving in the same direction. You will be dealing with one person (Paul) thereby providing one consistent message at all levels and across your organisation, possibly across multiple jurisdictions too. Paul uses his many years of business experience working with different organisations all over the world to discuss your specific needs and to work together with you and your employees to help you achieve success and lead your business forward.

Paul will begin with honest discussion on what your organisation (large or small) wishes to achieve. There will be a pre-brief followed by lively and interactive workshops then a post-brief discussion and follow ups with 30/60/90/120-day plans for implementation. Attending a workshop or talk is one thing. Implementing the learning is quite another. Our objective is to implement the learning.

Is there a TTT option?

Workshops can be tailored to meet the needs of each client and the needs of the employees at all levels in your organisation. A TTT (Train the Trainer) option is available for all workshops and The Bee Book is currently available in ten languages (English, Urdu, Mandarin, Arabic, French, Spanish, Turkish, Bahasa, Hindi and Farsi).

We have attended the workshop, now what?

Participants will leave the workshops feeling energised and engaged with an understanding of the next steps and the tools and behaviours required to achieve the desired results.  Paul will continue to work with you in the months ahead and to follow up to ensure that change and engagement sticks.
